Was applied, with the values of 80 and 60% of 1RM calculated. Specific objective, the sample was adapted from eight to eleven sessions, and the 1RM test For the SPT individuals, only two sessions of synesthesic adaptation andĪpplication of the 1RM and RM tests at 90, 80 and 60% of 1RM were used. After this test, the values of 90, 80 and 60% ofġRM were calculated and corresponding tests of Maximum Repetitions were realized onĭifferent days. The APT individuals of the 1o specific objective were adapted to theĮRP with eight to eleven training sessions and, the following day, applied the test of 1RM,įollowing the protocol of Moura et al. Each subject signed free andĬlear terms of consent. Over the nRM weight intensities (kilos) of 80 and 60% of 1RM, observing the effects of sexĪnd different exercises on the results (2o specific objective). Specific objective) b) 40 (forty) individuals (20 men and 20 women) APT with the ERP toĮvaluate the effect of different recuperation intervals between sets (one to three minutes) Person’s sex, practice time (APT and SPT) and different exercises over the results (1o Intensities (kilos) to 90, 80 and 60% of one maximum repetition, observing the effect of the (SPT), along with the same number of women), in order to establish the nRM of weight Men with only adaptive practice time (APT) with the ERP and 20 men with short practice time As such, 140 individuals were evaluated,īetween the ages of 18 and 30, organized as follows: a) 100 (one hundred) individuals (30 Maximum Repetitions (nRM) obtained in each set. Of sets, recuperation time between sets and different exercises), upon the number of Practice or short period of practive) and methodological indicators (weight intensity, number The objective of this study was to investigate the effect of practice time (only adaptive (1999) (KRAEMER et al., 1990 KRAEMER et al., 1991 KRAEMER et al., 1993 PIERCE et al., 1993) profundidade de execução (arco de movimento), agachamento "a fundo", ou seja, com completa execução do movimento, "meio agachamento" no qual o movimento é realizado até que as coxas fiquem paralelas ao solo e "1/4 de agachamento" movimento realizado com ¼ do movimento total (agachamento "a fundo"). (HOEGER et al., 1987 HOEGER et al., 1990 KRAEMER et al., 1991 CLAIRBORNE DONOLLI, 1993 MADLENA, 1996 PEREIRA, 2001) (HOEGER et al., 1990 MADLENA, 1996) e alguns estudos têm informações úteis na tentativa de explicar tais ocorrências e atribuí-las à determinadas variáveis (GORDON et al., 1966 HOEGER et al., 1987HOEGER et al., e 1990HERZLER et al., 1991 MOOKERJEE RATMAESS, 1999 RASSIER et al., 1999 CAMPOS, 2000 PAVOL GRABINER, 2000 PETRÍCIO et al., 2001 ESCAMILLA et al., 2001 SIGNORILE et al., 2002 CATERISANO et al., 2002 LAGALLY et al, 2002 MOURA et al., 2004). (KRAEMER et al., 1990 KRAEMER et al., 1991 KRAEMER et al., 1993 ROBISON et al., 1995 KRAEMER et al., 2002e BEHM et al., 2002.
